Hi!

In my blog, you will read about endeavors of a conscious-living mom: child rearing, cooking, baking, gardening, pregnancy, and exercising among others, from a tiny bit over-analytical perspective.

Just to make it clear, I am no expert in any of the subjects I am writing about but my writing will usually be well researched and factual. A lot of it is just my approach to life based on what I have read and learned.

The idea of starting this blog was sparked by questions from many of my friends who, over the years, have asked me about my approach to raising children (in 2017 I have a one-year-old girl and a three-year-old boy), about our food selections and recipes. I thought this would be a great idea to share some of those with all of them at once, and with those of you interested.

Sometimes I’ll give you tips based on personal experiences I made after researching a particular issue, but by no means, you should take them for granted. Instead, I hope they stimulate your curiosity to further research issues on your own and through that process arrive at your own, yet informed opinion.
